Choose a treatment around your goal
You do not need to know every treatment term before your first visit. The “What would you like to do?” section takes you from your goal to the relevant service page, where you can compare options, duration and price. For hair extensions, start with a consultation if the length, amount of hair or existing extensions still need to be discussed.
Tell us what you already wear
Existing hair or lash extensions, gel and Shellac can affect which appointment you need. Tell us what you currently wear, where it was applied and when you last had it done. A short personal enquiry helps when extensions were fitted elsewhere or the appropriate follow-up is unclear.
Preparation and booking confirmation
Ask about preparation for the specific treatment you have chosen. A reference photograph can help explain the result you have in mind. In our appointment request form, select the service, option and your preferred time. The studio confirms the appointment personally. A WhatsApp enquiry is initially a message to the studio, not a confirmed reservation, so make sure your appointment has been agreed before travelling.
