A website request does not reserve a binding appointment. The studio confirms service, scope, time and price personally. Indicative prices do not replace this agreement. Later catalogue changes do not automatically alter completed transactions. Statutory withdrawal, appointment cancellation and voluntary goodwill are distinct processes. This page does not impose a blanket cancellation or no-show charge.

Please contact the studio about vouchers. Value, issuer, redemption, remaining credit and any conditions must be clear before purchase. This page sets neither a shortened expiry nor a blanket exclusion of statutory rights. Email delivery or voucher personalisation does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right.

Consumer distance/off-premises contracts generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right under sections 312g and 355 BGB unless a statutory exception applies. Contract formation and applicable notices depend on the specific offer. Collection or payment at the studio does not automatically exclude distance-contract rules. Statutory defect rights apply independently.

For goods the period normally starts on receipt; for services normally on contract formation, after proper information. Starting a service early needs a separate express declaration. Booking alone does not extinguish withdrawal; the legal conditions for full performance must be met. The hygiene exception concerns only qualifying sealed goods whose seal was removed after delivery, not all cosmetics.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal declaration to info@glamroom.net or the studio postal address above. Give your name, affected contract/items and, where relevant, order/contract date. You do not need to provide a reason. Distinguish withdrawal from a simple appointment cancellation.

Since 19 June 2026, section 356a BGB requires an easily accessible online withdrawal function for distance contracts concluded through an online interface where withdrawal applies, followed by confirmation and an immediate receipt on a durable medium. An email address alone does not replace it. This function has not yet been approved for operational use. Before public online contract formation, the function, appropriate full withdrawal notices and delivery must be implemented and tested.

Report reading or operation barriers by phone or email. We do not claim certified/full BFSG compliance. Applicability and any microenterprise exemption must be established separately. The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025; German VSBG information duties remain a separate question.
